I rented a house from ME Good Realty and everything went great. They asked me what my budget was and offered a couple of properties to look at. We happen to choose one property that was real close to her office and lived there for 1 year. During that year everything went great, the house was in great condition, convenient and all the appliances were in good shape. I would definitely recommend them to any renters in the Port St. Lucie area.

My story about Margaret Goode, what a piece of garbage. My wife and I trusted this quack to rent my home out, she did but she rented to a couple who was in her words perfect tenants and the people had a good credit rating of the low 500s, which is not good it's very poor. Long story short they moved out she gave them the last and security back. We came back to a house that looked like animals lived in it. well, where do i start? i rented a home from margarette good moving from another state. it was in the process of being fixed up when i looked at it. i assumed it would be move-in ready by the first. upon arrival my family and i entered the home and noticed the house had not been cleaned...so needless to say i had to clean before i could unload the truck. the refrigerator was not fit to put my dogs' food in. i called her and told her there were ants and holes in the refrigerator...drawers falling down and no racks to put cond... read more
