If I could give 0 stars I would. I was sent here by insurer and was told 10 business days to work on the car (car had been booked in for months). Car was constantly delayed, every day we were told next day, next day. We advised we had to pay for a hire car so couldn’t keep having these delays - receptionist turned around and said just hire it longer. We finally picked up the car and new parts weren’t working and parts that had been taken off weren’t put back on, we were then told they have thrown those parts in the bin so we... read more
Would have got a zero if I could. Car was inspected in Dec. Repairs still not done in May. Total joke of a repairer.
It would give them a minus score if possible. They missed a cracked radiator causing my engine head to crack literally 2 days after getting the car back from them. Never had a problem before the accident. Had to report the incident to the insurance company. Stay away from this business!
Had my brand new Raptor fixed after hitting a roo. Very happy with the repairs & Jess & Tony were extremely helpful. Only took 2 weeks with excellent communication along the way. Would highly recommend 👍
