Document Everything! You'll need it for the formal complaint to your insurance and AFCA. Beware of things being invoiced that were never fixed/replaced. Beware of your car being given to the wrong person. Beware of your car falling apart on the road. And complete denial and deflection from ME Dale. "We're only human" no apologies.
Just picked up my focus this morning. Can't speak any more highly of the place my car looks fantastic and Kieren the tech was able to explain the damage that was done to my car and explain what he fixed. In clear and easy to understand language for someone like myself who is not of sound kind mechanically. If you need your pride and joy fixed. Highly recommend this place
