Beware of your car being given to the wrong person. Beware of your car falling apart on the road. And complete denial and deflection from ME Dale. "We're only human" no apologies.
Just picked up my focus this morning. Can't speak any more highly of the place my car looks fantastic and Kieren the tech was able to explain the damage that was done to my car and explain what he fixed. In clear and easy to understand language for someone like myself who is not of sound kind mechanically. If you need your pride and joy fixed. Highly recommend this place
ME Dale was excellent to work with. Jess the admin lady was absolutely brilliant and more than helpful in navigating the process. The team did a brilliant job with the repair and rectified any issues that came about during the process without any hesitation. Highly recommend!!!
Had my car repaired with M E Dale, Was very worried with the negative reviews. Went there cos insurer preferred. I must say WOW!!! yes the wait was long but my car was driveable! dropped it off they helped me with Hire car issues Admin Jess was amazing !!! Very Knowledgable, very helpful. She kept me informed through out. The Manager Ben called me to advise parts delays as they found more broken in removal stage was advised about the delays,which i do understand in this industry. Poor customer service. They really don't care. Delay after delay getting my car fixed. Accident happened in late January, got my car back early August. Ordered wrong parts - delayed. Got right parts - delayed. Due to pick up car - delayed. Lack of care. If my insurance gave me a choice of repairer, I'd have gone elsewhere. Beware! If I could give a zero star rating, I would.
