Horrific to deal with 5 months for a simple repair go to pick up the car and trims are hanging off some not fitted they even put scratches on items that didn’t have them when I dropped the car off Andrew the supposed service manager just dismiss everything you say couldn’t care less whether you are happy or not. Suncorp, AAMI, Shannon’s will make you go here refuse at all costs or you will be severely disappointed.

Would have got a zero if I could. Car was inspected in Dec. Repairs still not done in May. Total joke of a repairer.
