We had an excellent experience today with Zander and Andrew as our movers! Probably the best moving experience to date. We had a lot of stuff and they handled everything with care and had great attitudes. At the end when you sign papers, they actually explained what we were signing instead of the usual sign here, sign here, bye. He even went through the steps we will need to do to get our claim processed.
Zander, Val, and Michael did a PHENOMENAL job unpacking our stuff today. Very friendly with me and my kids. Very careful with our stuff and put it all exactly where we asked without hesitation. All very hard workers. Would use again and recommend to everyone and anyone. Can't say enough good things about these guys! They deserve recognition for their work ethic. 🖒🖒🖒🖒
While the movers were on time, friendly and fast, we just unpacked our boxes to find almost all our wine glasses and mugs smashed. They were stacked and folded in paper as is! Not singly wrapped as they should be. (pics in comments) We were so heart broken seeing as many were expensive wedding gifts given to us years ago and others can never be replaced. I had the absolute best experience EVER with Gordon and Poulo. They were on time, efficient, meticulous, kind, detail oriented, and just wonderful! They unpacked us in a very timely manner and were delightful to work with. We are a military family and have moved our fair share of times, and I have to say that we have never had this great of service. Ever. Thanks Gordon and Poulo! We appreciate you!
We actually had a great experience with them. They took care to wrap and place everything carefully and worked hard and politely to get things done in a timely manner. I'm bummed that the other reviews were meh, bc we had a far better experience...much better than with other movers (even on the mainland). I can only account for our [one] experience.
