I have been going here over two years and after today I will not be coming back. Some woman was doing my hair and was trying to be funny and put sherrly temple curls in my hair mind you I am a full grown woman when I corrected her she stormed off and was talking out the side of her mouth. The owner did not correct her behavior!! I had to have another stylist take over and do my hair. My scalp is sore which is unusual. The woman looked to be 18-22 she try to do me dirty but I caught her. I'm not returning.
Great salon. Owner is the best and everyone does well except the woman in the far end station with the waist trainer. She was on FaceTime calls, slow, blow dryed my hair for 30 minutes after it was already dried under the dryer. She persisted to go over the same hair strands 15-20 times. All to spend less time using the flat iron I assume, because that’s exactly what she did. My hair feels hard. And crumbly. Not the silky press I’m used to getting here. Never had a bad experience in 7 years before today.

Love this place. Been bringing my daughter and I here for the last 4 years we been in Houston.
