Dr Smith is wonderful but the phone staff and scheduling appts is horrible. No one ever answers phone and when someone finally answers its days later. I asked the person who anwered phone,Christina or christy or something like that, if Thursday was the only day they answer. She said no She got offended when I told her I've been trying to call to call for about a week and she didnt belive me. i told her i can show her my call history. Well she got argumentative and rude.
