I just got off the phone with Sandra, front desk personnel. She was extremely damn rude with me as I attempted to explain that I needed to cancel due to some emergent issue requiring my immediate attention at home (I need to go take my dog to Urgent Care). She hung up the phone on me. I called back to let her know she was rude, to which she responded "I lost connection". No, there was no connection loss. It was damn obvious she had hung up the phone. I had a problem with my foot. For 2/1 years, I went to 2 different wound cares and multiple doctors who couldn’t figure out the problem. Dr Meyer figured out my problem and with 2 prescriptions my foot is 95% healed. I can’t thank him enough.
