Dr Lou, I have been with STSC for 12 years now and I must give credit where credit is Due, Dr Lou rates a 10 + in my book, she cares about her patients like Thier Family. Thank you for the great Care to my injuried body. I have never had a Dr call me and tell me she reached out to the Pharmacy and Straighten them out, a 10+ no doubt about it....
Worst experience ever, I brought my mom to get a procedure done that was never explained to her the steps, made us come 30 min early from the appointment time, them after waiting for about 45 minutes the front office lady gave us an attitude and without responding a simple question I asked she immediately offered to cancel the appointment. Then we were sent to a room and after two hours waiting and no one come to us to let us knows what’s going on we still got more attitude. Charge 50 no show fees..bad way to treat customers. these companies think we need them so they stop making decisions that show value to their customers. Go somewhere else. Made no effort to even try to keep a good paying customer.
Horrible, this officer never calls you back after follow up. Then when you call they transfer you every where. The Asst Doc calls and checks up and says the staff should be calling you to set up apt but they never do So then you have to call yourself cuz by the time you figured out they ain’t calling it’s time for a shot or appointment. Then they cram you in at whatever is available and you have no choice to take it. Hirsch is a fantastic doctor, with great energy. The office employees and policies on the other hand... make it a horrible experience. 1) careful with their cancelation policy, if you schedule an appointment the same day, and call within an hour or on the same day to reschedule for the following day, they will charge you a fee, even though you had just called the same day withing a few mins or hours of making the appointment. 2) when you get a procedure done, and you call ahead, to make sure what the total is, that's what yo... read more
