They completely blew off my appointment for today which was made almost 3 weeks ago for a simple system tune-up. Funny - they called me twice during the day to let me know they would be "arriving late". I'd laugh it off except i took a day of vacation to get this work done. Shameful disrespect of the customer. Best I can tell, M&D is understaffed and management is accepting more business than they can service. Beware.
this company is very reliable and reasonable in their charges. i would highly recommend them
