I have been coming to Med Diet in Ontario for many years and have always experienced a smooth, professional process of medication care, fulfillment, and ongoing support. The lead medical staff person, Dr. Lisa, is an excellent medical professional who is very approachable and always willing to provide answers to any questions you may have. Doctor was super helpful and nice However the staff I asked to speak to the doctor regarding something personal and she acted like I couldn’t speak to her I will definitely not be going back after that
