Exceptional service and care at every stage of the progress. Matt and his whole team embody professionalism. Shout out to Whitney who was amazing is dealing with all the paper work (great to know customer service still exists out there!). After hearing nightmare stories of sewer back ups into peoples basement I decided to be proactive and have a camera inspection of my own sewer for a house built in the 60's. I contacted a firm that reportedly specializes in drain and sewer service (NOT Matt Cudd) and recommended by a plumber and their $249 + hst camera inspection showed some root incursions at a couple of pipe joints and some sludge buildup and recommend their hot water jetting service to clean the sewer line during a subsequent call for $1225 + hst.
