Best Pizza in Denver – I originally came from Philadelphia, where Pizza is done right. Ever since I moved out from Northeast area finding a good pizza shop has been hard to come by until I found MC's (Brooklyn MC's Pizza). This is as authentic as NY style pizza gets. The crust, the sauce, and the cheese are a perfect combination, and it is the best I've had in Denver by far. A little bit of Brooklynn in Littleton – I'm always in search of the perfect slice of pie, and M.C.'s didn't dissapoint. Rarely do I find a perfect mixture of all things that make a pizza great: texture, crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings.The crust is thin, light, and perfect. The sauce was just the right amount with a great flavor, and the cheese - fabulous. I don't do pineapple, chicken, broccoli or any of those so-called gourmet pizzas. I'm a pizza purist, and M.C.'s gets it.
