Liars. These people were completely dishonest. If you’re going to do something, be upfront about it. Don’t say you’re doing one thing when you know full well that isn’t the truth. Nobody likes blatant dishonesty. & before the owner comes back with “no record” this, “disgruntled” that, don’t bother. Save your copy and paste response for the next one star review you get.
