AVOID JESSICA KALEN AT ALL COST. Was very rushed through and very very mechanic. She prescribed extremely expensive medication which Aetna wouldn’t even cover. I paid because I thought it would work. Haha, no, not only did the meds not work, they were also very WRONG meds - i read the instructions and did serious research - it’s not medication that treats my issues - what a hell? I went especially for melanoma concerns. Go somewhere else. Their focus is cosmetic. Also the brat that answers the phone is insufferable. He hangs up on you before you can even ask a question.
Dr McNeely and Natalie Lukaszewski are both wonderful. I can’t speak to the rest of the practice. Dr McNeely books out a year in advance, so it’s extremely hard to see her, but she is completely worth the wait.
Today, on December 26th 2023, JP Sanchez called to cancel my appointment that was scheduled in April 2023. He didn’t reschedule another one. He didn’t give me another option. He just canceled my appointment after 9 months of wait. When I reminded him about the fact that I have been waiting for 9 months, he suggested that I can see a PA instead of Dr. McNeely.
