Intentional or not, they changed my appointment to a time earlier in the day without consulting me. I arrived just a few minutes late for the time I'd actually scheduled for and I showed them proof of when I scheduled, and they said since I was a few minutes late to that time, it's a final no-show. I pointed out that I was well within the 10 minute grace period and they said they would discuss it and then call me. they stopped caring if you check mark the "suicidal" box on their check in paper
Edit: the owner cussed me out and banned me in front of other clients after I made this review; highly suggest avoiding all they care about is money now, especially the practice owner; they don't even try to hide their annoyance at patrons, I'm convinced they make the people they don't like wait on purpose because I've waited through multiple people being called back after my appointment time
