So I know them as honey dipper. If I could give zero stars I would in a HEARTBEAT. We had a septic issue so we ended up with them through a recommendation. First they only emptied our septic tank half way even thought they said they emptied it.(only found out later by another company cause our septic filled quickly after) They also told us we should get a riser so they didn't have to dig everytime to reach the septic. Came at midnight, dug up my back yard, and cleaned out my septic tank. Definitely recommend.
Sold me a septic motor two years ago. It needs service now, and I've been trying for two weeks to get M&C to help out - they have set up two "Be there in an hour" and "Be there in the morning" appointments that were totally blown-off. without any contact. Do they know something about the motor they sold me that I don't?
Stay away from this company and the last name Neeley's they will screw you over. And you will have to find someone else to fix their work. They go by multiple addresses company names. Like M & C septic,OC Adams,Honey Dipping, Wayne's drains, Wayne's septic, A1 septic, A1 drains Wayne's septic,OC Solutions, Mike Hudson, Norman George's,Poop Dynasty, Poop brothers.
