Beautiful Park in the Heart of the Northland
Buyer beware!! I bought 3 properties from 5 Star or Alpine Properties. Marcus, I believe, meant well. But he didn't have any oversight of his rehab crews. For example, I told him that a 2 AC ton unit was installed by his crew in a 1,700 square foot house. I assumed he would put in the right size. He just remarked, "Well, that's what you get when you go on your own." I told him he should be accountable for what I paid him for. He gave me a very sarcastic answer.
