After getting a less than satisfactory bid from a fencing vendor for handrails for our front and side steps to our home in Marin I asked a neighbor who had done their handrails and discovered MC Metal in San Francisco. Not only were they more responsive in getting me the bid, it was considerably less expensive (not cheap mind you, but for the quality quite reasonable).
