Tracy Bekx, MD, is a UW Health Kids pediatric endocrinologist and an associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Endocrinology and Diabetes at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She is the medical director of the Pediatric Diabetes Program and co-director of the Pediatric Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Clinic. Dr. Bekx definitely knows what she is doing. She has brought my daughter’s A1C down tremendously!!! I’m so glad we were able to switch to her.

We have been going to American Family Children's hospital for 11 1/2 years when my son was diagnosed at the age of 4 with Type 1 Diabetes. Dr. Bekx cares so much for kids and it shows with how much she remembers from visit to visit. She has so much knowledge about the disease and even when we have had struggles with management she has never made us feel like we were failures. She is always encouraging and kind.
