Absolutely horrible. Our apartment was unsafe and not up to code. If there was ever an issue we were treated as if we were inconveniencing them. They were always rude and most of the people who work there lack any sort of customer service skills. Do not expect to be treated with any kind of respect. Be prepared to pay out of pocket to take care of anything they refuse to do and don't expect a single returned call.
