The owner, Eric made fun of my son’s death when I was just trying to order flowers and all the workers there started laughing when I told them that it was for my son .what was so funny .me crying trying to order flowers for my son’s funeral. they thought I didn’t understand Spanish and they started calling me names little do they know I know three languages.
The female owner Maria is very rude and very uncaring when it came down to order some funeral flowers.she even laughed when I asked her if the can give me a deal because I wanted to order like a couple of arrangements.not just me but my sister that was there with me that day wanted to place an order as well.she had no empathy
Yesterday my mom went to buy some flowers and asked if she could get the flowers she picked out wrapped simple question and the female owner of this shop looked her up and down and gave her a snarky remark that’s not acceptable at all you’re customer service is horrible.
