Roof projects are typically a very scary time for me as a property manager. There are so many things that can go wrong - damages to landscaping, driveways, soffits - fascia - interior of the home if done wrong, nails all over the place or trash. This exceptional team has consistently exceeded my expectations. I signed my contract with them in March during a year of supply line disruptions and they committed to August execution. The next day in March, my roof leaked with a heavy rainstorm and they were there that evening removing all old tile and securing a new base. Once I’d signed with them, they considered me their customer, and they took excellent care of me. Additionally, they closely tracked my materials order and were able to begin work in June!
