VERY BAD. Our lending institution per our legal department will not use this man ever again. He is dirty. He has asked for kickbacks on various occasions--either to up appraisal or down appraisal. We are auditing all of our loans based upon his conduct. We so far have found several that we will be turning over to the authorities for prosecution. Mike Case is dirty. Legal Department ordered that this person be removed from the appraiser list. We are not sure of the reasons, but staff called him "creepy", "dirty", "chemically challenged" with other terms not becoming of someone we would employ. Whatever his issues are they are straight from the trailer parks. His low class conduct necessitated legal to step in. Case is not trustworthy at all. Many other lenders have dumped him also.
