On September 15, I had an appointment for a surgical tooth extraction with Anthony Pogrel. He was extremely unresponsive and dismissive. He didn’t even bother to greet me out of courtesy. There was a disturbing coldness and lack of communication between him and his team; I suspect this is how he tries to cover up his incompetence.
