Really glad we found M&M Roofing. We had various leaking issues with our tile roof over the years, and Mike was the only one that had the knowledge, experience, and skills to properly address the problems. But most importantly, I found him to be trustworthy. He took the time to address my concerns and explained the technical details of the current problems with our roof. Mike is the ONLY Roofer I know of with a lifetime of skills and experience with Tile Roofing. Tile is not a super-common roof here, and most roofers in this area are not qualified . We have had that pleasure of installing gutters on 10+ tile roofs that Mike prepared for gutters. He has also repaired roofs that we damaged while doing the gutters. We won't approach a gutter job on a tile roof without him.
Mike at M & M Roofing has been doing our tile roof maintenance and gutter cleaning for probably 20 years now. Excellent and professional service, very knowledgeable and dependable. We had M&M Roofing perform some repairs and preventative maintenance on our tile roof. They were great from start to finish. Cost was very fair and we felt like they provided an accurate assessment of our roof without trying to upsell on us on any unnecessary repairs. Mike has taken care of all my roofing needs for over 15 years. We have a concrete tile roof which started to leak after 5-8 years and Mike was recommended to me by a trusted Contractor friend of mine.
