It's hard to understand the one star reviews for Duly ENT as I have had nothing but excellent service and response! For example I dropped off a hearing aid with a missing part expecting it to take several days to get be part and repair it. Jessica called me back within 30 minutes saying that she found the part and made the repair! You can't get any better than that. Kristen and Jessica have been nothing but spectacular in terms of their professionalism and responsiveness.
the “nurse” has no idea what classifications or drug names are. Horrible attitude on the phone huffing and puffing through the line while I explained over and over again what the medicine was. Telling me I was incorrect and speaking over me. Not a reflection of the doctor who I have seen for multiple years.
Their ENT department can't seem to get me a pre authorization for days that I need for a sinus CT. Terrible customer service and long wait times when trying to call.
Doctors are always in a rush with patients. The entire administration is disorganized and they can’t keep dates.
