AC stopped blowing cold air Sunday evening and came across M&M while searching for a local repair company. Made the call and was impressed with my initial experience on the phone and was told when to expect a callback. Got the callback as expected and was given an appointment time. Chris arrived as planned and immediately went to work looking for all possible causes even though he had a good idea of the problem. M&M has helped me out with several issues. They are prompt, reasonably priced, and know what they’re doing. My AC went out at 3 AM, I left a message with them, and Chris was at my house, and had it fixed by 9 AM. I highly recommend this company.
The person servicing was very kind and helpful. I believe their prices are reasonable. I have used them since 2018.
