No show after calling twice. Sadly to say I was not impressed!
I called M and M Chimney because snow was coming down the chimney and into the fireplace at my home in Hamburg NY. As it turned out, the snow was getting in simply because of the accumulation on my roof and wind direction. Matt was honest and informed me that there was nothing really wrong with my chimney and cap. But he didn't stop there, he custom made a stainless steel shield that attached to my cap and blocked the snow from entering the chimney stack.
