Dr. Brooks and Kevin Dunn, a med student, took really good care of me today and gave me hope that I have a chance to become more ambulatory. It's been a long 8yrs with a bum knee! Thanks to them!!!
Dr. Brooks was incredible! She took the time to listen to what my concerns were and gave different options for care so I could choose what would fit best with my lifestyle. Highly recommend!
Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease because they explain step by step what's next and why. I am extremely happy to know that my son is in good hands.
I felt like my pain wasn't addressed, and I feel like I wasn't heard at all. I'm left with horrible pain with no help, and I have to wait over a month for any type of relief, because it apparently isn't enough to be taken seriously. I even waited to see a woman practitioner, and it was so disheartening to be written off like that. Not a great experience at all.
