I’m super disappointed with this company and their unprofessionalism. I called at the end of Jan because I’ve had a condensate pump that was frozen over and was looking for an estimate on fixing that problem. It took them a week of not calling me back until I reached out to them again. They said they were slammed and were going to try to come out soon. I figured that was reasonable because we just had freezing temps and I’m sure other calls were more urgent. A couple days later, apparently the tech happened to be in the area... read more
