A company doing business as Pro 1 Air installed a Trane AC unit for me. Their tech destroyed a major piece of the system. The company told me they would replace the item. It has been 8 months and they still have not replaced it. I have video documentation of the item being destroyed and the 8 months of texting back and forth with the companies owner Curtis Wilder who piggy backs on Mark Shelton's license to operate. Pro 1 air is terrible. I have now been without a/c for 6 days. Curtis assured me he would change out my compressor 2 days ago and no call/no showed. I have yet to hear from him. Had to start all over again with another company. Will NEVER recommend this company.
Fake reviews. Dont use. Also called PRO 1 AIR. Also Bogus
Mark is Amazing! My coworker recommended him for a leaking AC issue. He had various customers with NO AC that day but he still dropped by on his way home to give me an assesment. After walking through the basic issues he covered exactly what to expect to fix the real issues from the original install from 1999. And he will work with me to cut down on expense by letting me complete drywall work as needed.
