I am a current tenant and have not complaints. I feel safe in my home and feel comfortable and assured that if any issues arrive they will be taken care of in a timely manner. Even though I can't speak for my neighbors I know that they are also happy in the building. Everyone pays their rent on time and we are not harassed at any time.
Worst management ever! Mice got into the buildings and they took 4 months to get around to sending an exterminator who just said put mint oil around. I've called about my plumbing and still haven't heard back. There's roaches and they don't answer back. They sent the plumber by for another tenant in my building and never said anything to me at all. Pathetic excuse of ghetto trying to feign professionalism.

The most unprofessional PM with nightmarish scenarios. – The staff lied about the rental amount: we were charged more as soon as we were interested in the rental. They changed the terms of the contract without our consent after we had already moved in. They do not make repairs in a timely matter, and repairs are so poor, they need to keep coming back to fix them.
