very unprofessional didn’t listen to anything i said i had to file my own toe nails then she tried to make me pay after not doing anything
Did not use sterile tools for my feet. They brought the tools out in a bowl. They put no lining in the pedicure tub either. Weren’t accommodating. This place should be closed down based on it not being sterilized. They also lock you in. WHO DOES THAT
Great service, I called before heading over. I was told that she would be able to start on me as soon as I walked in. When I arrived she knew who I was and started on me right away. I went for a toe polish and she did amazing.
They have a sign on the door that says they do not allow kids inside. I understand if your child is not getting serviced, but my daughter was getting serviced and they missed out because I ALWAYS tip no less than 40 dollars cash. THEIR LOSS!!! plus, they have NO CUSTOMERS, so why not make the money? Poor customer service!! He wouldn't even unlock the door. He just screamed at me through the locked door and pointed at the sign. My daughters feelings are hurt too. Now I'm glad I didn't give them my money!!! I'll NEVER come her... read more
