The communication skills presented by management staff is atrocious. When every employee is told "they don't listen" obviously it's not the employees. Maybe it the negative communication and way they are approached and or spoken to. A managers responsibility is to buold up a positive morale. No doubt Mr. Folkes is a good man. His lead personal in Ha Milton? I've dealt with Monkeys with more common sense. OT sure how many labor laws were violated yesterday but will soon. And YES VANESSA, laugh all u please. You never should have played me a fool, much less have me come in with no intention of hiring. Think I was a pain trying to get in the door? HA! Justice will be served. You will pay me for wasted time and intentional --- oh you'll see soon!
M. A. Folkes believed in me when i wasnt sure if i believed in myself. They took a chance on a two time convicted felon when no other company would. Through hard work and dedication and some encouragement from the M. A. Folkes family i was able learn things about myself that ive forgotten.
