LZL as a company provides highly skilled, efficient, well-thought-out services in remodeling, repairs, and design/build. They have worked on four houses for us now (over 24 years), with projects ranging from finishing a basement to a complete gut and remodel. We engaged on cost and labor basis contract with them for a minor renovation. Though the work was good, it took a very long time for the work to complete and estimated completion time was not clearly communicated Also we were told the estimate was just that an estimate and final invoice will be on actual labor and material used, but not surprising the final invoice always comes upto initial estimate. we felt we didnt receive the value for money paid and we were charged project mgmt fees when we can literally see onsite no wo... read more
