A truly heartbreaking experience. Words cannot describe it; I haven't been able to sleep for several nights. I gave the owner two reference photos, but the result was absolutely horrifying. When I asked him for a refund, he verbally abused me and pointed his finger right at me.
STAY AWAY‼️‼️ This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. The haircut is completely uneven with literal holes in it, and instead of acknowledging the problem, the woman straight up denied it. When I pointed it out, she said she “didn’t see anything” which is honestly ridiculous because it’s obvious. Then they started laughing. I had a great experience at LZH Hair Salon. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment I walked in. I got both hairstyling and coloring, and the stylist took time to understand what I wanted. The results turned out really nice—exactly the refresh I was hoping for. Prices were reasonable for the quality of service. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to others looking for a reliable salon.
