I had a bad experience despite giving them three chances. As someone who bites my nails, I expressed my concerns to the technician. When she placed my hands under the blue light to harden the gel, it became uncomfortably hot, and I ended up crying. I told her it hurt, but she dismissed my concerns and insisted that I keep my hands there. She didn't seem to care, even when I explained that it was too painful. Her response was that it hurt because I don't have long nails and she asked me to keep my hands under the light

Such a friendly place and always so relaxing!
I had a great experience at LZ nails this evening. I was one of the last appointments of the day and never felt like I was being rushed out of there by Tina. She really took her time with my dip manicure and the results are perfect! Thank you Tina for taking your time and making my nails look amazing, I would say it’s the best dip manicure I have ever had!
