#unethical practice #worst customer service Yesterday I was there for classic mani and pedi, I just wanted to trim my nails and have a normal nail color. Lady at reception ask me to choose color from only one rack but when I was there for check out they ask for $20 extra for nail color which was totally unethical, it was never informed just another way to get extra money from customer.
Fast in excellent service had a pedicure that was really great and dazzle dry manicure!

First time visiting and I was so impressed! They have such a huge selection of colors and styles to choose from — I honestly had a hard time picking because everything looked so good! Mia was amazing, patient, and detailed. My nails came out perfect — exactly how I wanted them. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I went to the same salon for years before I moved and was nervous to try somewhere new. I decided to give LZ a try and never looked anywhere else! They are great!
