Worst customer service
I was so disappointed with the bouquet my boyfriend picked up today. This was my go-to florist. These bouquets aren’t cheap, and I don’t mind paying for quality—but I expect consistency. This time, the flowers were in awful condition. Some were rotting and discolored. It was nothing like the beautiful arrangements I’ve received in the past.
