Mother-in-law went to her for a cough and we really regret the experience. Cavalier requested a TON of tests and made it look like a preexisting condition, even though a prescription for antibiotics resolved the issue quickly. Now we got billed thousands and insurance rejected reimbursement because of Cavalier’s statements. Mother-in-law clearly stated this was acute and very different from anything prior, as blood was coughed up, and antibiotics resolved it. Overall experience is good, I have a concern regarding the receptionist attitude. Don’t know if she still open at Metropolitan office?
She’s my daughter’s doctor since birth! She’s 15 now! We love her!!❤️
If you want the worst experience from the receptionist this is definitely the right place for you to bring your child here. Receptionist have the butchest attitude that you can ever imagine. Good luck with that
