My mom got diagnosed with uterine cancer in mid December. It is now March 12th and she still can't get a consultation for a surgery date even though she has been cleared for one. Have been calling EVERDAY for a cancelation. No sense of urgency or empathy. It's not a common cold or allergies, its freaking cancer. If they are so full, they should refer patients to a clinic that will make time to provide prompt and adequate care.
