From the cleanliness and the calm spa atmosphere to the top-notch professional staff, I really have no need to go anywhere else. I have been seeing Joyce Rockwood (co-owner of LYT) for over 10 years now! She is a goddess amongst mere humans. Her guidance, knowledge, and skill are unsurpassed! She is an integral part of my overall health and wellness. I would NEVER go anywhere else for colonics. The service is top-notch, the environment calm and clean. and the staff super friendly and accommodating! I trust Joyce with my life!
I've been getting colonics for 31 years and have had them all over the world and LYT is by far the BOMB! I've been with several of the therapists and they are all amazing - gentle, professional, and they all glow - cause they walk their talk. I have sent scores of friends, relatives and co-workers here and they all concur. And got to pay homage to the receptionists - they are all on the ball and courteous to boot. Always look forward to coming here, and of course the health benefits have been amazing...
The worst experience – I had a colonic with Joyce, who also turned out to be the owner, her energy was awful and non genuine, her manners terrible, overall experience inappropriate Very little understanding of her own practice because i do not see how you would want to make your customers uncomfortable with such an intimate process. Despicable and rude. Lyt is the worst place for a colonic in New york City. Crazy Energy.Plus the owners don't look / feel very healthy themselves
Best Place for Colonics in NYC – It took me a year to get over my nerves about getting a colonic. For my first time (I was then an out-of-towner), I booked 2 sessions with Cyndie 2 days in a row. All the therapists at LYT are experienced and educated not only in their colon therapy, but in overall health and wellness.
