I originally lived at the Edgar from early spring of 2022 to late fall of 2023. The only reason I left was because I was looking for a little more space as I was living in a small 1BR at the time (~450sq ft). Great location and amazing staff. The maintenance worker Steve has been incredibly helpful with mounting my TV and shelves.

This is overdue, but I am leaving this review as a review of both The Edgar as a whole and of Steve, our maintenance provider at the building. I moved into The Edgar from out-of-state in January of 2020, and unfortunately moved out recently at the end of 2025. My 6 years at The Edgar (originally Lytle Tower when I moved in) could not have been more pleasant of an experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. There are serious safety concerns that management has failed to address—specifically, homeless individuals regularly sleeping in the foyer. This creates an uncomfortable and potentially dangerous environment for residents, and despite it being an ongoing issue, nothing meaningful has been done to fix it.
