Had a resident who has anger issues use profanity and threaten to harm if I did not move when they got off the elevator and intead of walking around me forced me to move to get on elevator and when I told management about it they said that maybe they were having a bad day and to keep my distance. WOW! No resident should be treated this way and if I were to do this to one of their employees would they say I was having a bad day and for the employee to keep their distance from me? I wish I could give this place more stars! I moved into The Edgar in 2020 and moved out in 2024 only because I got a job in a new city. If you’re looking for a well-maintained place with reasonably-priced rent, look no further. During my almost 5-year stay here I had basically 0 issues. The maintenance guy is absolutely amazing, Michelle (the leasing agent) is there five days a week and always willing to help you out, and the cleaning crew for common areas was great.
