Steve, our maintenance man, is excellent. He takes care of our issues very quickly and very well. We seriously miss him when he is off. Michelle, our apartment manager, is also excellent. She is always very friendly to all of us. She is very attentive to our individual needs. She runs the place very smoothly. She is open to suggestions for improvements and change.
