Robert Lytle loses his temper and yells when one asks for detailed questions about implants. I ended up requesting a deposit money refund and going to another doctor for my implant after Robert’s phone melt down. Office staff had to correct mistakes when trying to charge me for exams covered by my dental insurance. The surgery itself was great - no issues there. Dr. Lytle is very good at what he does. When I got home and woke up, I realized my IV was still in my arm, and had to pull it out myself.

The surgery itself was great - no issues there. Dr. Lytle is very good at what he does. When I got home and woke up, I realized my IV was still in my arm, and had to pull it out myself. They failed to bill my insurance properly and I paid over 3k out of pocket that day. I had to process the claim myself, and the insurance company let me know I was over-charged by over 2k, as they have contracted rates with the company.
