I came to this office seeking help to improve my teeth. Before starting treatment, no X-rays were taken. Had proper imaging been done, it would have been clear that I needed evaluation by a periodontist rather than Invisalign. I proceeded with Invisalign under this dentist’s care. As my teeth began shifting, even the dental hygienist expressed concern during a visit. Very disappointed in this office. Was told I’d get a call a week ago for a follow up on my tooth. Never received a call. Called the office and was told they would call me back following day, no call. I continued calling every day after I received no call back and no answers. I left a voicemail and no call back. 2 weeks of extreme tooth pain and no one seems to care about it.
