VERY disappointment!!! There are professional company but have a employee who wants the governor killed and is doxing police. Fine, if you are a radical who hates cops and want public officials killed, so be it. if you aren't many other places to do business.... AND a lady who answered the phone LIED and said she was the own! Jordan needs to go!

I was looking for an obscure AC adapter for my Dell. Bestbuy didn't have one and neither did Staples. I went to Lytespeed because they told me they stocked a generic adapter. Unfortunately, that one did not work, so they checked what AC adapters they happened to have for their own use, and sold me one of their own. If that's not going the extra mile, I don't know what is! Thank you, Dave and team!
My experience with the Penfield store was outstanding in the past and now the Greece Store and new owner Dave Meyer and wife have continued at the very same highest rating!!!
Totally disaaponted. Took a netbook (MSI Wind with a retail cost of $297.00) in to the Penfield store two months ago. It was diagnosed as having a bad hard drive (320 gig). There was a reasonable charge to diagnose and to copy data off the bad hard drive. The store wanted $200.00 to replace the hard drive. After doing a little research I found replacement hard drive cost less than $40.00 retail. So they wanted $160.00 to install the forty dollar hard drive.
