Helpful and caring group of people.
This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a medical provider. I specifically went in for a premarital mental health evaluation and was told my copay would be $79. After the appointment, they charged an extra $54 without any notice or my consent. This kind of billing practice feels dishonest and unprofessional. I called to explain the issue, but the situation was not handled properly. Transparency and trust are critical in healthcare, and this place failed on both. Stay away from this provider.
Very comforting theraputic space! Great team of providers and clinicians! And they can do telehealth visits!
Great practice, providers care is excellent. I feel heard and cared for without rushed or judgment.
