Horrible experience this place has no customer service. They are so rude. They told me all these different things over the phone and then I get to the appointment and the doctor says the complete opposite and it is unaware and unprepared for my appointment. The doctor is looking down the entire time, not looking at me, not being attentive to me and staring off into space while he’s asking me questions and I could barely understand him. My psychiatrist was really amazing. You can tell she is very caring and compassionate. I was involved in the treatment plan and felt heard, safe. Not judge at all. I will give them a 10 star if I could. The intake process and Telehealth option was simple. I will recommend They helped me a lot.
I am so glad I found this place. My psychiatrist treats me like a partner instead of a patient. My psychiatrist listens to me, gives me coping skills, and is very kind. He does not make me feel crazy. He makes sure I understand my medication and asks if I have any questions. I am very thankful for my psychiatrist. My mood has improved and I feel happier. I highly recommend this place.
I wish I could give ZERO stars..... the NP I was given states in his profile how he cares soooo much about his clients!!! That is so false! I was never so belittled or felt so bad about myself after talking to him. Instead of trying to treat, he was more concerned about what a pharmacist wanted prescribe instead of actually going to his attending Dr. My opinion of him.... he needs to learn some empathy!!!!
