Excellent friendly and professional. No issues at all. Better than most civilian doctor offices.
Most of the clinic facilities are straightforward and will usually see you in and out fairly quickly. Having said that, the Ft Novosel Pharmacy is absolutely atrocious. Take a bogged down system and make it 10x worse when lunch time rolls around or a random "official function" where the technicians like to take/attend together. They do not have enough staff and the ones they do have are managed poorly. Worst military Rx I've experienced in the last 30 years.
Not bad but pharmacy is probably the slowest I have experienced in over past 30 yrs.... Even when there is not a lot of people. Also, old disabled vets have to walk to the end of the bldg to get to VA. Wish it had a VA entrance. They used to run a shuttle in the parking lot.. they should start it again. Or have a number for you to call for parking lot assistance... Many of us have no one to assist
To all who complain about this place, I suggest, if you can, switch to Tricare Select. Tricare Prime is not worth it. I know Tricare select has some out of pocket, but it is so much better. The entire referral system will get you killed. You could die before you get a referral. And get your prescriptions from "Express Scripts". The extra out of pocket is worth it. I tried to use Lyster when I first retired, but it never worked. I will never set foot in the building again.
