According to Tricare Lyster Army Health Clinic does not allow people to change PCMs. I am a retired Air Force RN, and I have never heard of such a thing. 4 hour wait at the pharmacy. Over 2 hours just to get my number called to turn in a prescription and nearly 2 hour wait to receive it! Most inefficient pharmacy I have every been to.
21 years in the military across many different bases and this pharmacy is the worst. Government should eliminate this clinic and save some money
