Definitely the worst pharmacy I have dealt with in my 28 years and stationed or lived all across the US. 2-2.5 hrs to be potentially called up, check in, sit back down…to potentially waiting 1-2 hours to get meds??? Do ppl really have 3-5 hours to sit here and wait??? When it’s busy, why do they close multiple windows down?? I get a ticket and I’m 40 ppl away from being called. I don’t even see 40 ppl waiting?!? The people here are absolutely wonderful, but the pharmacy is abysmal. Constant 2+ hour wait times, and the fact that the "get in line" is only for new prescriptions and not refills is bull. It would be better served for refills and renewals, so I can't fathom why they only allow it for new scrips when I'm willing to bet that the majority of the traffic they have is in refills.
Two pharmacy employees deserve recognition: Mrs Kim at the front desk and Katie, the pharmacy tech who took care of my husband and I. Both were incredibly kind, professional and went above and beyond to help us.
Can't order meds, takes hours and no one is there to answer questions 🫡
