Lys has been my go-to nail salon for at least the past three years. The competitive pricing and convenient location started my journey here, but the service and quality have kept me coming back. Every nail tech is a gem, and they truly go above and beyond for each client. Yes, sometimes there is a small wait, but that’s because it’s worth it. They are the best in the area, and the few times I’ve gone somewhere else due to Lys being full I’ve regretted not waiting until the next day to go back.
I recently paid for a pedicure and redeemed an already completed stamp card for a free massage. However, I was told a new stamp card couldn’t be started to reflect the pedicure I still paid for simply because I redeemed the stamp card for the eligible free massage. While I really appreciate that they offer a stamp card system, I hope they’ll consider adjusting the policy so that all paid services still earn a stamp—even when a free service is redeemed. They don’t manage their time well. I’ve had appointments and they’ve made me wait 30 mins to see someone. I’ve also walked in and they’ll let me know I’ll see someone in 10 mins to wait a solid 40 mins without seeing anyone. They don’t set proper expectations.
I asked for a simple French tip and apparently there’s only one employee who knows how to do it. Fine then switch her over to me, no she refused and had to biggest attitude about everything I wanted to do on my nails. I asked for a darker pink base and I guess this nail salon doesn’t have that. You would think a nail salon knows how to offer a basic French tip but instead I was looked at like if I asked for the craziest most extravagant set. Don’t waste your time here. The service is good but the bad thing is some worked lady's speak in his own language and speak bad from the customer so no nice everyone need respectful
