If you can go somewhere else, I would. All of the techs have been very kind. However, most the support staff I've dealt with have been very rude and not at all helpful. The ladies that work the front desk are exceptionally unkind, have no answers to questions and refuse to offer any direction on getting answers to questions. In addition, this facility has charged me almost $1600 in the last 30 day. Only to find out that everything was covered in full by my insurance. This has been hands down the best experience I have had in regards to breast health. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
There staff are amazing at making you feel as comfortable as possible. Oasis room is a nice way to relax before the appointment with tea, coffee, and relaxing music. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience
If you’re reading this, you may be on the fence on where to go for a mammogram. DO NOT HESITATE! You will not regret going to Lyra. I was referred for a diagnostic test for a lump on the left side. They did a mammogram and found a lump on my right side that was cancer. They moved very quickly and got me in for surgery just a few weeks later. I found every one of their employees to be very kind and efficient. Dr Pigman & Dr White were very informative and compassionate. Do not put it off!
Lovely, spa-like office, staff and experience. Not much of a wait and the imaging was fast and the least unpleasant these procedures can be.
