HORRIBLE – I had the same experience as the other review. I got a dead gateway adapter and then when I told them about it, they said it cant be. They said that I had to pay the shipping back when it was their fault.
Awful Customer Service – Bought a Computer AC adapter from them. it arrived DEAD..never worked. They refused to pay the shipping back to them when it never worked. I had to PAY an additional $4 just to ship the item back to get my money refunded???!!!! Awful customer service. And...they just don't care. Don't return emails in a timely fashion. Made me charge back my credit card.
